We built Trust Healthcare because we knew the standard of care in LTC deserved better than what most agencies were delivering.

Our Story

We Come From the Clinical Floor

Trust Healthcare was co-founded by Josh Gellis, a registered nurse with a background in emergency nursing and clinical education at McMaster University, and Colin Foster, a seasoned staffing and business executive.

Together, they understood that the staffing challenges facing LTC homes are not simply logistical. They are clinical. A resident with complex behavioural or mental health needs does not benefit from a warm body in a hallway. They benefit from a consistent, experienced professional who understands their triggers, their history, and their needs.

That understanding is the foundation of everything Trust Healthcare does.

Uncompromising Hiring Standards

Every staff member we place must hold GPA certification and a minimum of two years of LTC experience. These are non-negotiable requirements, not suggestions. We do not make exceptions at the hiring stage so our clients never have to make exceptions on the floor.

Accountability

We own the outcomes of every placement we make. If something is not working, we address it without being asked. Our clients deserve a partner who stays engaged, not one who disappears after the first shift.

Responsiveness

LTC staffing needs do not follow a nine-to-five schedule. Our team is accessible, fast-moving, and operationally reliable.
